Before sharing

Five checks for a ready document set

A consistent review before upload reduces delays caused by missing pages, conflicting values or unreadable scans.

  1. 01Company and consignee names match the agreed shipment details.
  2. 02Package count, description, weight and units are consistent across files.
  3. 03Dates, currency and reference numbers are readable and complete.
  4. 04Scans include every page and are not blurred, cropped or password-protected.
  5. 05Any correction is made in the source document before a replacement is shared.

Protect sensitive records

Share documents through the correct shipment request.

  • Do not send passwords, verification codes or full payment credentials.
  • Confirm the recipient before sharing identity or financial records.
  • Remove duplicate or outdated files so the latest version is clear.
