Choose how this website measures visits
Essential security stays active so accounts can work safely. Optional analytics remains off unless you enable it here.
Essential security
Required for sign-in, session security, request protection and access to your company workspace.
Optional analytics
Allows privacy-focused, cookieless measurement of page visits, general location, device type and referral source.
01
Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small values a website stores through your browser. Similar browser technologies, such as local storage, can remember a preference without sending it automatically with every request. Molixent uses these technologies only for account security, essential workflow continuity and optional privacy-focused analytics.
Essential security cookies are set when you sign in and are required to authenticate the account, renew access and protect requests from misuse. They are not used for advertising. Optional analytics does not use cookies and stays disabled until you enable it in the controls above.
02
Current storage inventory
| Name | Type | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|---|
molixent_access | Essential, secure HTTP-only cookie | Authenticates short-lived access to protected account pages and APIs. | Short-lived; expires automatically or when cleared during sign-out. |
molixent_refresh | Essential, secure HTTP-only cookie | Renews signed-in access without exposing the refresh credential to browser scripts. | Until the signed-in session expires, is revoked or you sign out. |
molixent_csrf | Essential security cookie | Helps confirm that account-changing requests came from the signed-in Molixent browser session. | Until the signed-in session expires, is revoked or you sign out. |
molixent.privacy.preferences.v1 | Local storage preference | Remembers whether this browser has enabled optional analytics. | Until you change the choice or clear browser storage. |
molixent.clientKyc.step | Essential local storage preference | Returns an authorised Client user to the correct company-verification step after refresh. | Until the step changes or browser storage is cleared. |
03
Optional analytics
When enabled, Molixent uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate website usage. The service is designed without analytics cookies and does not create a persistent visitor profile across websites. It may process the page path, referrer, filtered query information, event time, general country or region, browser, operating system and device category.
Molixent does not intentionally send names, email addresses, shipment references, document contents or account credentials as analytics event data. Optional analytics can be disabled at any time above. The new choice stops future collection from this browser but does not delete aggregate information already produced.
04
Managing your choices
- Use the controls above to enable or reject optional analytics. The choice applies to this browser and device.
- Repeat the choice on each browser or device you use. Private browsing and cleared storage may remove the saved preference.
- Use browser settings to inspect, block or delete cookies and local storage. Browser documentation explains the exact steps.
- Sign out to clear Molixent session cookies through the platform. You can also revoke signed-in devices from account settings.
Blocking all cookies will prevent client login, account security and protected workspace features from working. Public pages and the Contact Us form do not require an authenticated session.
05
Third-party content
Some pages may display content supplied by another service, such as an embedded map on the Contact Us page. That provider may receive technical request information when its content is loaded and applies its own privacy and storage practices. External websites reached through social, carrier or other links are also governed by their own policies. Molixent does not control their cookies or browser storage.
06
Updates and contact
Molixent will update this page when cookies, browser storage, analytics or embedded services materially change. The current effective date appears at the top. New optional technologies that require a choice will not be treated as essential merely because they are useful.
For questions about these settings or personal data, read the Privacy Policy, use the Contact Us page or email business@molixent.com. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or confidential shipment documents by ordinary email.
For account-specific or shipment-specific questions, contact the Molixent team before relying on a general policy statement.
